Fun fact I saw it exactly as I was editing the episode about Facit Trap and Technology Obsolescence and I literally had this text on my screen: "Dominance is not permanent; technological displacement can also destroy what once looked untouchable." Well... Exactly. Haha. Best case outcome would be that they let us keep existing access, if I don't add any new. So kindly keep track of your TradingView account for now. Come 1st November, I might not be able to add your access back if you lose it. I'm in communication with them but they don't have any answers internally themselves. Work already started to add Larsson Line to more charting platforms. We cannot be dependent on a company who throw their biggest supporters around like that. Everyone I've spoken to is doing the same. This will be the "Woke Jaguar 2024" moment of TradingView if they don't reverse it. One dumb decision can sink a company. As a result, there is a frenzy now of people building TradingView alternatives. Everyone smells the opportunity. New announcements daily. I could literally not add a single feature to Larsson Line on TradingView since 2018. They renamed one thing from VPVR to VRVP. That's basically what has changed on TradingView for the past 8 years. It's time to move on anyway. Could be some bumps along the way but given some time, this means that we will land in better solutions than ever for the interactive charting, and I'm quite excited for it.

Please note: it is not 110 million tonnes of uranium. It is ~110–114 million tonnes of ore that contains rare earths (especially heavy REEs) and “promising concentrations” of uranium as part of an exploration. Note: ore tonnage is not contained metal. The minister did not publish a uranium grade, a cut-off, or a NI 43-101 / JORC-style resource. Without grade, 110 Mt of rock can be a modest by-product or almost nothing. It is not a new world-class uranium deposit on the evidence given. Moreover, I heard roughly 31,000 tonnes U — a real number if it holds, but mid-tier at best. Bottomline, nothing serious - no mine plan, no recovery test at scale, no published U grade. IF it is 31000 tonnes, it will not really impact the global supply and demand situation.

Yes – I see it as a net positive for physical gold. Displaced Chinese retail capital that still wants gold exposure has fewer paper outlets and more incentive to buy the real thing (or un-levered bank products that ultimately require physical backing).
